Procrastination is a trap that many of us fall into. Procrastination is often confused with laziness, but they are very different.

Procrastination is an active process, you choose to do something else instead of the task that you know you should be doing.

Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow.

Pomodoro Technique:

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have rather than against it.

The idea behind the technique is that the timer introduces a sense of urgency. Rather than feeling like you have endless time in the workday to get things done and then ultimately wasting those precious work hours on distractions, you know you only have 25 minutes to make as much progress on a task as possible.

HOW IT WORKS?

Managing your time effectively can help you to feel in control of your workload, increase your productivity and improve your confidence

How did it help me?

I apply the Pomodoro technique to complete my course and my university task. It helps me a lot by keeping my focus on work and completed the planned task in time

Was this experiment difficult for you or not that difficult?

It was not difficult for me this technique keep me focused on my work with limited time which leads to my achieve the target before the desired time.

Did it help you accomplish more or about the same?

Yeah, it helps me to accomplish more than what I use earlier without this technique.

Do you plan on doing this again regularly, and what will you do to improve the experience?

Yes, I will apply this technique on a regular basis for the effective use of time and increase my productivity.
